Born into humble beginnings and growing up on a small rural farm near Eagle, Idaho, Gerald Anderton Sr. gained an early understanding of hard work, foundational life values and an entrepreneurial spirit as well as an appreciation of the significance of earning an honest dollar.

As a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Anderton’s developed his economic expertise through five decades of varied work and life experiences. He has been a student at Brigham Young University, Old Dominion University, Boise State University, and The University of Puerto Rico, where he acquired a diverse background in history, economics, and organizational behavior as well as the personal tutelage of Steven R Covey; (noted author of ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’.) As a lifelong Austrian economist, Mr. Anderton is a sought-after lecturer on the subjects of monetary systems and the origins of money because he is highly educated in monetary theory and history.

At 19, Mr. Anderton learned the value of a second language (Spanish), while serving as the First Missionary to Puerto Rico for the Mormon Church. He later minored in the language at the University of Puerto Rico and he speaks and writes Spanish fluently today.

Mr. Anderton established one of the first Casas de Cambio’s (house of monetary exchange) near the Mexican/American border at San Ysidro, California. These monetary exchange centers allow customers to exchange currency in one country for fulfillment in another. The centers filled an important need during the Mexican Peso devaluation crisis in the ‘70s.

Following this financial industry experience, Mr. Anderton cut his teeth in the insurance industry by facilitating the regulatory approval and then successful purchase and reorganization of a nationwide property and casualty insurance company from the Transit Casualty Bankruptcy. He subsequently served on the Board and played a major role in running off all of the outstanding claims.

Mr. Anderton continued to display his versatility in the financial services marketplace by transitioning to the accounting and tax-related FICA Recovery business, which he helped to pioneer in the early 1980’s. He was directly involved in developing a Private Sector FICA recovery program for clients including JC Penny, PSA Airlines, and many others. His efforts resulted in the recovery of millions of dollars in overpaid FICA Taxes for his clients. His program involved proprietary software and specially trained field auditors and was eventually expanded into the public sector market, where he developed key government clients and successfully recovered tens of millions of dollars for the states of Virginia, Utah, Hawaii, Idaho, California and the territory of Puerto Rico.

In the late 1980s, Mr. Anderton combined his insurance, banking and payroll tax-related knowledge and pivoted to the Staff Leasing Industry, now more commonly referred to as Professional Employer Organizations. In this field he was instrumental in establishing the National Staff Leasing Association, which became the first National Association for the Staff Leasing Industry. The organization later evolved into the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).

Additionally, at that time, he established the industry’s first workers’ compensation captive insurance program to accommodate the need for Workers Compensation Insurance coverage for leased employees of the small business community that comprised the bulk of the clientele for Staff Leasing Companies. Over time, this program grew to become one of the largest pools of Fronted-Captive Insurance Programs in the Personnel Leasing Industries.

In the 1990s, Mr. Anderton continued his work in the PEO field by joining the executive team of the public company Instaff, where he engineered the purchase of a domestic insurance company, which became the first PEO-owned carrier. The experience he gained in the industry led him to develop his own start-up PEO company which he owned operated and grew to over $500 million in revenue.

Mr. Anderton’s career expanded to the entertainment industry with the launch of G-Force Music, an independent Nashville-based record label which has successfully helped upcoming artists to reach radio, Spotify and iTunes success. As executive producer and a principal actor on a 13-episode reality show, he facilitated a worldwide premiere on Mark Cuban’s AXS TV with placement on Netflix. Most recently, Mr. Anderton served as owner and organizer of the highly anticipated album, "Ronnie Milsap: The Duets". One of country music's greatest legends, Ronnie Milsap collaborated with an array of headliners secured by Mr. Anderton, such as George Strait, Dolly Parton, Luke Bryan and more. Together with Riser House and Sony, G-Force Music released the album, celebrated by a sold-out show at the famous Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
